I enjoy the easy Spotify integration on my 2020 and was wondering if I want to listen to Spotify but without Android or Apple Carplay, how will Spotify work? Couldn't find much on the subject...

I just downloaded the Owner's Manual and Navigation (iDrive) Manual. There is a section in the iDrive manual that talks about using "Connected Music"

…but can’t get it without a VIN for a G60.

Can you tell me if it has a standard USB port still, is it all USB-C and can you still play music via USB? I find this works better for me than Bluetooth or CarPlay.

From the manual:
Front - Two USB ports are located in the center console.
Properties:
▷ USB port Type C.
▷ For charging mobile devices and for data
transfer.
▷ Charge current: maximum 3 A per port.

Rear - Two USB ports are located in the center console
in the rear passenger compartment.
Properties:
▷ USB port Type C.
▷ For charging mobile devices.
▷ Charge current: maximum 3 A per port.

From the Nav/Entertainment/Comm Manual:

The following mobile devices can be connected
to the USB port with data transmission:
▷ Mobile phones.
▷ Audio devices.
▷ USB storage devices.
Common file systems are supported. FAT32
and exFAT are the recommended formats.
A connected USB device will be supplied with
charge current via the USB port if the device
supports this. Follow the maximum charge
current of the USB port.

Found it—thanks. Looks like I’ll have to switch to a USB-C drive if I get a G60.

Maybe I was seeing things on the i5 M60 I sat in today at the Welt, but CarPlay is one of the many apps you get. I believe I saw Spotify icon as well.
