I have seen the M5 and M5 Touring on pictures and while i cant share those pics of course (I also don't own them), i can tell something about the design of it. The kidneys are not too big and like the ones seen here, but with one horizontal bar, similar to other current M cars, and it is around the top end of the radar sensor which also carries the M5 logo on the driver side kidney. Kidney is complete shadow line (or carbon maybe?).
The lower section of the front has a large trapezoid shaped intake in the middle and a shadow line trim inner black edge that follows that shape (could maybe also be partly carbon). It is a very big opening with only one vertical slate separating it in the middle. Lower side brake cooling ducts are pretty small and traingular shaped. The rear diffusor is very high like on the M2 or M4, but has a body colored trapezoid separation in the middle that goes almost all the way down. The headlights have almost the exact same shape as the 2-series GC, but the DRL are more like LCI X5/6.

Meanwhile in Dingolfing…
I quite like the rear end and the taillights.

The rear looks great! (Taillights and body lines)
I think the grille will look normal from a distance as I believe they paint the vertical slats to hide the radar section. Hopefully it looks seamless.

It will not for the M5. That radar is clearly visible.

It will be integrated the same way it is on the new 7... which isnt terrible and no worse than the competition.

Little too generic but that's what it is with BMW nowadays.

Compared to the visual atrocities BMW has been cranking out of their little monster factory lately, this thing is gorgeous.
