So have other phones for years. GPS isn't a reason to buy the new one, the fact that it's an iPhone with GPS would be your reason.

Does anyone know whether the new 3G iPhone is compatible with Bluetooth on the BMW 3 Series? I called BMW NA and my Dealership and they could not tell me- I guess I'll have to wait to hear from people who get theirs and try it out.

The 2.5G one synced perfectly, can't see any reason the new one won't.
