So originally the car was in 100% shape but after his "Royal Customs" makeover it turned into 96.9%? Wonderful.

Haha so a little update - I sent him an email, "Seriously, is this some kind of joke?"
Reply: "no sir not at all i adam wish you well in your bidding on this auto 1987 1/2 750 il sir." My reply: "You do realize the street value of this car is about $1400, not $36,000?" His reply: "no sir but as stated this is a royal custion rebuilt over $16,000.00 has been spent on its restor over 3,600.00 on just rems & tires and this is a 1987 1/2 only a handful of them rebuilt by thee: MOST ROYAL IMPERIAL GRAND MASAN 360* "(ADAM)" SIR AND WITH THAT FACT THIS CAR IS TRULY PRICELESS. " My reply: "LOL, you need to lay off whatever pipe you're smoking buddy  "Then I decided, why stop, lets have some more fun! So, I sent this: "$16,000 + $1,400 = $17,400, not $36,000 - I dont understand? Do you have receipts for any of the work? What all was done to it? What is royal custion? And who is MOST ROYAL IMPERIAL GRAND MASAN 360* "(ADAM)" SIR ?" LOL, let's see what happens
