I swear this car/brand never dies. Every time I think its gone they change the name and come out with a new model of the same old car from 2012.

It's certainly better looking than anything Tesla produces IMHO, I kind of like the lines. I'm not sure why but there is something about EV's that they almost all look alike to me. This one has a slightly different vibe. KARMA is a Bitch.

Far prettier, not Taycan/ETron pretty, but far prettier than any Tesla, at least it doesn't look like an used soap bar or manju, nor a completely overpowering screen right in the middle. I do miss that wild steering wheel in the older one though

I bet they could make a pretty sexy 2 door coupe. That might actually sway some of the sports car crowd over to EV's.

The older one's steering wheel and upholstery pattern are much more exciting.

Dodge Viper and Maserati had a kid....
I don’t hate it, though the proportions look a bit funky to me. The wheelbase looks nuts. |

The crazy thing is, it's actually stood the test of time pretty well. Every time it resurfaces, you see comments from folks thinking it's a new vehicle with a new design. Karma has flown mostly under the radar for a few years, but they might actually get more recognition now that they are finally set to build a BEV model. Ironically, that car, the GS-6e, will actually be cheaper than the GS-6 (without the "e) PHEV that is topic of this thread by a few thousand dollars. But either one will be far cheaper than the original Revero GT - to the tune of about $50k less. Apparently they intend to do a four motor 1000hp all electric redux of the GT model at some point too. |
