I would say the list is not quite nuanced enough, in that....
Verstappen should be in his own band below Ricciardo/Leclerc/Russell. Call it the "Can maybe win a race as long as he doesn't spin or crash/has #1 team status/and a second string team mate and everyone else in front of him dnfs" band. well i was supporting Kimi after Mika retired and i believe he still has the fire according to his age.. more likely in wrong environment probably higher band would be better for him.. but the rest makes sense..
Norris, Russell and Leclerc a nice future..
