Garage List
I ended up getting some new camp gear, a 50” 4K TV to replace our 14 year old Panasonic in the bedroom, and a 43” 4K TV to mount in the garage. Going to see if I can work up my old Raspberry Pi to turn the garage one into a big computer for internet searches during projects as well as background watches.

YES!

Got an air fryer a few weeks ago, wish I waited for the sale, but there has not been one thing that was done in the air fryer that i didn't like!

I plan to do the same in mine. All too often do I get elbows deep in a project that requires internet/video intervention. I plan on moving my 55" sammy out of the bedroom and into the garage once I replace the 65 in the living room. Background noise, movies, music and smart casting instructionals should be a must in every garage. Next will be some form of a love seat for the on-lookers that stop by and hang whilst I work.

I’ve been in mega garage mode to get it situated. Just finished building overhead storage shelves. I’ve got an LED light that’s intended for a drop ceiling I’m going to center up over the workbench I built on the underside of the shelves. Currently organizing tools with peg board soon. TV will get mounted next to the industrial fan. TV has Chromecast built in so I can throw stuff up quick, but I’m still going for the RPi with wireless keyboard and built in touch pad. Just bring the keyboard with me on whatever I’m working on and I’ll be set. Up next is motorcycle lift so I can finish up my ‘71 Honda CB resto.

Enough of the thread diversion... the TVs I got will be awesome!

I bought a new pillow, which arrived today. But the package was clearly opened previously - looks like someone else’s return. So it will be returned again. WTF Amazon.

Actually, I scored a couple of great deals - I finally broke down and bought a robotic vacuum. It was highly reviewed, original prices was $400 - with the Prime sale and some credits I received from Amazon, I paid $166 out the door.

I also bought an air fryer for my wife - she wanted one for Christmas.

The next day:
I love the instant pot. For certain things its super super useful. Mashed potatos, brocolli, rice, pulled pork, soup (chili I've tried but still tastes better slow cooked), beans, etc.

For quick side dishes for during the week it's great. I thought it'd be another junky thing but I probably use it at least 2 times a week. It probably paid for itself in how much money we've saved using dried beans over canned.

Everything I've bought this year has looked questionable. This time round I was missing parts and every box looked like it had been thrown off a cliff.

I ended my Prime membership and I'm going the phase them out of my life. I'm sick and tired of late shipments, damages and just a feeling of lack of service.
