I still think that the current S class 63 amg is the most powerful one that is sold today new? (not counting the maybach v12 version which is technically also still available now). Afaik it is more powerful than the most powerful current 7 series or audi A8 series (S8).

I believe they are going to call this the "S63e" since it will likely be using their EQ Boost technology.

A 5 series (m5 etc) is not a competitor to an S class, it's a competitor to the E class (or in audi analogy: audi A6 (so the M5 is a competitor to the e 63AMG and the RS6).

As I age, Im more kin towards mb and audi for executive fleet. Bmw just don't have that executive feeling. 800hp S class will be sweet.
