I'm not sure if I've just become much more gracious or something, but yeah...I don't consider 50 old anymore. And I suspect I'm going to continue moving the goalposts as I age...much like a politician.

Happy Birthday "little" Marcus!
Pst.........you're already old Joe.

Giving much Thanks to my Lord and Savior: Jesus Christ, for letting me reach the amazing milestone of a half century aka 50 Years on this earth Today! It is surreal to even think about that number. I don't feel it and certainly don't believe I look it. I am so grateful for the countless Blessings that are in my Life. Not the least of which is my beloved Family. My children, Ayden and Rico mean so much to me. And of course my stunning and incredible wife who completes me. And where would I be without the love, compassion and teaching from my angel of a Grandmother. God has kept her here 106 years, to witness all of these many milestones. FYI, I had envisioned a PARTY for my BIG 50 for the past several years: 80's Themed - DJ - Video - Karaoke - Dancing - Drinks - Food, etc. But as long as I have my Family, Health, Home, and Happiness, that's all that truly matters...[/SIZE]❤️

Damn Marcus. You are getting old brother. Just kidding, Happy B day and good for you on living a happy and healthy life. I'll be your age in a few years and expect it will be great.

I am though...I am. I'm old at heart. Does that mean my heart is going to die before the rest of my body? Is that how I'm going to go????

No. That is not what that means. It seems as though the tables have turned. It is now I, that will tell you to hush your lips. You will go being a man of good faith. That's how you will go.

Happy Bday fellow Leo.

On Sunday I woke up 54, had no issues. On Monday I woke up in the dark, all my joints were aching, and my sour stomach was complaining. "What a difference a day make, 24 little hours"

It's the AGE, and not the tequila, I told myself. . .

Ahh, I woke up 42 on Sunday. I wasn't feeling so great yesterday morning from the scotch I had Sunday night. Gorged on king crab and scotch and watched the moon rise from the back patio. It was quite nice, but a healthy dose of Aleve and hydration protocols were in order yesterday.

I knew the cooler probably still had some little Gatorades in there, so I grabbed one on the way to work Monday morning. Running last night was extra tough

Haha, I got my running in early sunday morning. I knew there would be no running on Monday. Or Tuesday for that matter. Honestly probably not until Friday.
