I have been super hyped for this ever since I read about it over a year ago!
Early screening reviewers say it is: "Mesmerizing", "Makes Game of Thrones look like a Children's Story".

games are fantastic .. and I think they picked the right actor. looking forward to it. really hope they dont screw it up

I agree that Wild Hunt was an amazing experience as far as games go. I hope this series follows the story line and intricate character development very closely by taking their time, without trying to force too much in an attempt to cast a wide net for fan base.

I do believe that one of the reasons the game was successful, was because the player's choices directly impacted the story line and how the character interactions play out, which would be a lost experience while watching the series when it's available.

I'll definitely keep my eye on this though, because Geraldt is the man!

I can NOT see this or ANY show living up to GOT!!!

It is truly EPIC in every sense of the word: Cast, Storyline, Locations, Plot, Dialogue, Choreography, Costumes, Sex, Violence, Laughs.

It is IMHO, the Greatest Show in the History of Television!

That being said, The Witcher from what I have read in reviews, is superb! It will absolutely fill the void left by GOT. That is until the new Middle Earth series arrives....

Well... Tanked is a far stretch for me. I would have done some things differently but I still enjoyed it better than 95% of what's on TV.

I'm 3 episodes in. Entertaining but not GOT level.
I will say that in episode 3, there is a beautiful surprise.

just started watching last night as it just popped up when I opened Netflix. I must say, it's a pretty good series so far. the fight scenes are crazy especially when they use the swords to kill people...pretty gory!

also, I did not know that was Henry Cavill who played Superman

Yes indeed. I watched an interview with him and he talked about the grueling Sword training he went through.

Season 2 already in the works!

I'm 6 episodes in, and I was just reading the first 2 books that the first season was based on (almost finished the 2nd book).

The timeline of the show itself is bloody confusing as you progress along the episodes. So you just have to treat the characters' timeline independently, meaning that there's as many timelines as the characters, at least until they meet, then continue from there. I'm not sure if I like the way this was done, but I also am not sure if there's any other way around it.

Love the sword-work, gore & nudity level reminds me of HBO's ROME.

I wat really enjoyed the series but there is no way known its GOT level.

I’ve got to say though the young lady in it is gorgeous with a very tasty pair of tah tahs but Denarius is still by far my fave.

Even thought Superman was pretty good in it.
Good show, enjoy it for what it is though.
