Looks beautiful and breath taking. Guess it's the hot spot right now, bunch of people I know are there right now. Let me sulk here boarding in Killington VT this weekend.

Just got back from Sunshine Village @Banff. Both weather and snow conditions were amazing. If you are an avid skier it should definitely be on your list. I actually prefer it to whistler, but just by a little bit. Whistler is a better party town though.

Got to snowboard for a brief time by Interlaken Switzerland. I'm looking at some places in the Alps but between France, Swiss, Italy, Austria there's so many places. I know the big spots like Chamonix, Zermatt, Laax but my knowledge is limited. Looking for some feedback. Much appreciated.
Zermatt, been going there for over 20 year annually. Absolutely beautiful and you can ski over to Italy for lunch and then ride the tram up the Italian side of the Matterhorn and spend the rest of the afternoon skiing back down into Zermatt.

I'm a snowboarder. Did you ride lake lousie and Mt. Norquay as well?

That sounds heavenly. Where do you fly into to get there and how's the trip from the airport?

Getting there is half the fun, the train ride(s) are incredible. You can fly into Zurich, Milan, or Geneva - I've only flown into Milan and Zurich. The train from Milan is pretty intense, lots of switchbacks and tunnels as it climbs up the Alp mountain pass between Italy and Swiss. Zurich is the easiest, you pick the train on the platform below baggage claim and off you go - you can also have all your bags skis/board sent direct from the Plane to your hotel in what ever your Swiss destination is.
