Watch modding

Anybody know where I could get a SKX007J modded? I’m looking for good, attention to detail, quality work. Thanks.

I can't vouch for anything, as the extent of my SKX modding is putting in a lumed bezel insert (then leaving it in a drawer because i find I don't really like the SKX) but The Urban Gentry on youtube has a really nice modded SKX that he got from https://www.instagram.com/watchmakers4/

video of unboxing (skip ahead to around 5:00 to avoid the "nonsense"

Northeast Watch Works is another I've read positive reviews about. www.newatchworks.com

I got a nice skx007 from tunokies - wasn't modded, but mods are his specialty (when he saw it was SN#1007 he put it up as-is, and I'm a sucker for that kind of thing; lots of cool mods on his page). He was first rate to deal with, FWIW.

My SRP773 Blue bezel insert has a pretty nasty scratch. I don’t know how it happened. I was thinking can I replace it with the SRP779 Pepsi bezel insert?

I got a 007 done at Northeast Watch Works. They did a fantastic job, and the price was very reasonable...

You should be able to. The bezel itself is the same for all Turtles (other than the black or gold ones which are still the same size). It's only the insert appearance that differs

Bezel inserts can be changed on these in about 3-5 minutes.

I saw a OEM Pepsi bezel for $79.00. I was thinking I could save money, and just change my SRP773 Blue bezel, to the Pepsi. However, I still like the SKX009.
