Has anyone ever had a sports hernia?

Has anyone ever had a sports hernia in the lower right abdominal area? I always have this pain when running or after and just feel weight / fullness there anytime I strain. It shoots down often as well. I've had it all checked and there is no sign of a regular hernia, I wonder if anyone else is familiar with this at all?
