It’s pretty easy. Just make cars smaller. I hate the way new models get bigger every year.

The new 181hp Miata is awfully tempting though, the ND is surprisingly roomy inside for my 6'2" self. I certainly fit better than I did before the turkey knife and a hammer found their way into my NB interior. |

But for arguments sake, you're sitting on 6.5lb/hp. If you had a 500hp 3,200# car, straight line performance would be identical and handling and braking would be greatly improved. Of course that doesn't currently exist, at least in stock form, but it's not out of reach for an F8x. |

Even having a smaller overall size is no guarantee the car is going to be light. Look at the E82 cars. They're the smallest of the recent modern line up from BMW and yet, they're still tipping the scales at over 3000 lbs.

The same way the C7 holds less appeal to me than the C6 since it found a fat suit. Your C6Z was sort of the ideal Vette. |

C7Z went to about 3,500 vs about 3,200 for C6Z. Hardly a fat suit. Top does not come off the C6. If I went back to a Vette, it would not be a C6Z for that reason + I want an A8, not a manual.
