How do I trade out of Apple gift cards?

I got about $100 worth of Apple gift cards for Christmas, and I don't really use the ITunes Store anymore. How can I get these traded, for example, an Amazon gift card or something like that?

I’ve never found a better way than selling them at a discount, giving them to nieces and nephews at Christmas, donating them to the local high school to give away as after-prom door prizes or using them to watch movies with Apple TV. Apple will not help you get out of them.
