Did we ever find out if the $50 bill was real or fake?

j/k. But seriously, you should be exiled from FL for being a Pats fan.
Let’s not take this thread sideways, but your post made me chuckle. I spent plenty of my life in the miserable Northeast. Life has been 1000 times more enjoyable here in Fla!!! On a serious note the original post is a controversial topic. It really comes down to the District/State attorneys to decide how to proceed. In every state, county and city that varies. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes not so much. Anyone know the current status of this case? Or a reputable source? Not Blaze

Yeah, let's wait until ABC posts it. Then give them eight hours and if no retraction and apology, it's probably legit.

How do you mean, you and your colleagues get attacked at your workplace by a crazed bitch, what are you going to do it.

There's potentially dangerous equipment, oils, etc back there,

He was PERFECTLY in his rights to do so.

Hell in the US, a homeower can shoot you dead if you burglarise there home,
so this shit is nothing

ok my 2c's,

Not sure about US law but UK is you can only meet like for like and also you can only use self defense and not attack if the person is retreating.

But this comes form a country where police are armed with whistles and loud voices.

several things could/should have happened

* He retreated (as he did) and kept on doing so. potentially having people/co workers getting injured

* Retreat, then give the bitch one slap, drop and be done with it.

* or go buck wild on her ghetto a$$

and whats with that fat white bitch screaming, please get you fat a$$ out of that business

My favorite line in the entire article:

“Stop it! Stop! Stop! Oh my God!” one woman is heard screaming. “Someone call police!”

Call the police yourself, you useless hag!

He was in the right to defend himself....to a point. There are two parts to this incident. The initial confrontation when the crazy bitch is the aggressor pursuing the employee behind the counter. He tried to retreat but felt he needed to arm himself with a weapon and stop the he threat. Which he did once she was on the floor. Other employees were standing with him as he re-engaged her while she was on the ground. We can’t see what was happening on the ground. So....he will need to justify why he re-engaged her after the threat appeared to be over. If she is very seriously injured this might not go well for him. Everyone needs to understand the legal side of this and how police and prosecutors look at incidents like this. A reasonable person would most likely stop once a person is on the ground motionless. Hope this helps.

Yup. I did martial arts training for a number of years. The idea is to defend yourself from an attack and stop the situation from escalating, not intentionally inflict harm on the individual afterward. If they keep pursuing you, then you can fight back as long as you have to keep defending yourself from the threat.

If the person is on the ground motionless, they are not a threat.

Tell that to my scar about 4" left of my D.

If someone comes at me, I'm beating them unconscious. I Don't need another scar.

Well yeah that's what I mean. If they are on the ground unconscious they are not a threat. The idea is to disable them in self defense after the first attempt they make.

It was the white chick trying to stop it, I guess she does not know how it works.

The reason he armed himself and knows the damage a homie girl can do, especially two of them, he was in for a beat down if he did not do something.

The moral of the story, never jump the counter since you do not know if the guy on the other side is crazier than you and served jail time for assault.

Do you think the owner of the McDonalds is going to take a chance on the felon again.

Sadly, this is not true in every state, there are quite a few without the castle doctrine. In my state you are required to retreat and can only use deadly force if you or your families life is in danger.
