2017 F1 Car from Gran Turismo - Video
I'm loving those rear tires and the overall dimensions. A lot better than the past recent cars.

basically it's the same fugly design and the rear tires look ridiculous. I don't know why they don't just go back to the 2008 cars and develop those.

Looks like clean slate from 2004-2008 era with wider tires. Looking forward to see them in real-life.

This is a proper looking F1 car!!
I hope the individual expressions of the regulations manage to look aggressive and give us the 5-6 seconds per lap as promised while being a greater physical challenge for the drivers.

..and as for the whole "being able to follow each other closely" Why dont they just give them a tire compound that isnt so sensitive. The cars can follow each other just fine, its not like they fly off the track when they get to close (yes, sometimes there is noticeable understeer).. but mostly, its just harder on their tires.. thats why they dont do it.

Indeed.
I think VES, HAM, RIC, ALO and RAI will benefit the most from more durable tires. Each of them seem to be able to get a little bit more from the car than is expected and can benefit from a more durable tire.
