dodge magnum r/t vs. E90 325i auto
First time posting on E90 post...I own a 2006 325i auto. I was just coming home and a dodge magnum r/t (saw his badging on his hatch with dual exhaust, so definitely the 5.7L Hemi) was revving at me at the stop light. My girlfriend was with me so i decided not too...it was good i refrained too because there were two cars turning into our lanes a block away.
What are your thoughts on a 325i auto running against a magnum r/t? I know we have the weight advantage but the HEMI 5.7L has a whole a lot of torque to make up for the weight. We have better gearing with 6 speed auto versus a 5 speed autostick. Lemme know what ya'll think. It's been running through my head since i got home. |

You will lose. There is no comparison. The Hemi is way to powerful for an inline 6. I have a 325i with manual and I would still lose. Even at higher speeds, the Hemi will get it in the quater mile. Its 0-60 in 5.9sec., and quater mile at 14.4sec. Even a 330i cant mess with that.
