World's Biggest Muscle Car? (^-^)
Would you say the 7th gen T-Bird, was perhaps the biggest muscle car of all time?
1972-76 Thunderbird Just always had this thought seeing Jack Cassidy chasing Clint Eastwood in The Eiger Sanction (1975) movie, lol. |

While it certainly has muscles, it's not a muscle car.

Goodness- I had one of those tanks when I was 16- way back in the early '80s
'73 t-bird running a 460. Not sure which moved faster- the speedo or the gas gauge, but pretty sure the gas gauge needle was faster... Just looked up the specs- was a lotta engine to only pull a 10.7 0-60 time

Precisely why I slapped an H1 up as a counterpoint. Passive-aggressive farcing, hehe ... and to get the WTF!?! party started ...
THIS is the biggest muscle car ever: 6,000 lbs. The V12 from the Countach, with a tune that produced about 450HP. (and a marine-spec V12 with even more power was an option). 50/50 weight distribution. Something like a 75-gallon fuel tank. 0-60 in 7.8 seconds.

The Big Bird T-bird has the short rear deck, long hood proportions that are associated with muscle cars. Later Thunderbirds were too sedan like in shape. Put a blower and some Cragars on that large T-bird and it might make it.
