But what I said has nothing to do with a high paying job. The qualifiers I put on it make it so. If you need a loan and it doesn't fall under one of those qualifiers then you're living outside your means. Debt is the archenemy of wealth.

I fear that the leases are gonna be upwards of 1000/mo which is way too much, and it looks like a while before it comes with the DKG

It looks like I'm either going to just buy my X5 (i love it too much, had zero problems) or get a 335 coupe.

trade in your 05 X5 and get a 08 X5 so you can sit 7 passengers. thats what i will do in a couple years, X5 is one of my fav suv's.
