Also DN1 from Bucharest to Brasov, also A3 highway, and more. Of course there are extremely bad roads, but i think in 10 years from now over 80% of Romania's roads will be in good condition

When was the last time you came around man? National and European roads are in a very good condition, not to mention that coming from Hungary, towards Bucharest, you only have to travel around 220km w/out highway, rest is highway.
