You don't. Once a total loss gets settled between an owner and an insurance company, the car becomes property of the insurance company.

Not necessarily. The vast majority of vehicles I have to inspect that have bodily fluids in them (almost always blood) do NOT have any type of biohazard warning on them, even those involved in fatalities.

Civic busted both back doors glass and rear window. Drivers seat also. Tow driver said the F-150 was worse.
