Oh good - I ann glad you took that as attended! Yeah, the deal was brokered between US and Russia - but no doubt there are some major long-term strategies being played here. It is a travesty that it was allowed to go so long before people got really serious. On the one hand, nations need sovereignty and no one nation can be policeman of the world, but sometimes, people need to come to the defense of people being victimized - even if it is from their own government. That is why international bodies are important. It is just too bad that there are not too many worthy partners to be had out there....
