If they can't get them out.. Quite possibly. But I'm pretty sure you can get it off using BMW leather cleaner.
I'd clean them every 6 months so they don't get too bad. Use the BMW product I know it works for demin dye. |

At lease end, a 3rd party inspector for BMW FS would assess the charge if its bad. It isn't a specified dollar amount charge on a dealer self inspection form, so it would just be 3rd partied and you'd find out in about 2 weeks.

Thanks for all the responses. I was planning on cleaning the seats but just wondering if I was not able to remove. But seems like a good detail shop will be able to take car of it!

Spray some Windex or window cleaner on stain wipes right off!
And no they won't charge you since it wipes right off. Alcohol eradicates the dye in Jeans.
