i'll simply offer up that the newer version with the ceramic bezel is clearly the better and more desirable watch but i'm not sure that it's worth a few grand more than the older lesser but still worthy of ownership subs.

i have an older modded sub, good friend has the new one... mine was $3k cheaper but his watch is nicer.

The site simply searches for key words from people selling watches on various watch forums. Therefore, I can't vouch for anyone. It gives you an idea how much the watch you want sells for on the open market. Do your homework and research. I bought mine from an AD (Authorized Dealer).

Ive had subs for a while, my first was a 1978 idk what model, I bought it in 1989 and wore it for 15-17 years I think. I think I paid $1100 and sold it for $3000, that's how long I wore it. I've had subs, GMT, Yachtmaster Platty, Daytona but so far still like my GMTII-C. I think I've had this one 3 or so years
