What Do You Think BMW Will Do?

So many of us have Space Gray BMWs. Now Apple have released their Apple Watch and one version of it is the Space Gray version. (http://store.apple.com/us/buy-watch/apple-watch-sport)

Will BMW sue Apple for using BMW's color?
Will Apple sue BMW for having used "their" color before Apple could release their watch, perhaps claiming BMW's corporate spies pilfered the color name, or some other sort of "conspiracy theory?"
Will neither company take legal action?

Now I don't think BMW or Apple will bring suit, but if BMW were to sue Apple over the name "space gray," would that have an impact on your feelings toward BMW, Apple or the laws/law makers that make such a suit plausibly win-able?

WTF is BMW colors. BMW took their main colors form the flag of Bavaria. As far as "space gray" goes, I doubt BMW will raise a stick about it since BMW was not the first to use the term to describe the color gray.

there must be some loop hole bc BMW paints cars in other manufactures colors all the time (BMW indiv) nothing happens that I know of??

Who cares, Audi and BMW have Deep Sea Blue which are different kind of dark blue.

Are they even similar, even if they are... who cares it's a watch and it's a car.

BMW has a line of cars that start with a lowercase i. If Apple didnt sue over than than BMW certainly wont sue of the use of a color name.
