Looking at a 04 E63 645ci and it has been speced kind of weirdly.

So it has Pro nav with voice control and yet no Bluetooth.

There is obviously a microphone installed for the voice control so would it have phone prep cabling so I only need to add a Bluetooth module in the boot and code it?

I did not see the phone prep on the options list from the VIN decoder but it does have these options:

S8SAA Freischaltung Navigation länderspez. Navigation access request,country-spec.
S8SBA Freischaltung Telematik länderspez. Telematics access request,country-spec.
S8SCA Freischaltung Telematik länderspez. Telematics access request,country-spec.
