Got my first camera Nikon D3200 (Pic inside)

So I have been dying to get a DSLR for the longest time. I've always been into photography, and took loads of pictures with my phone. Finally decided to get an entry level camera until I can graduate to something more serious. I'm still trying to figure out how to use the Manual mode and set everything myself.

Here's my first pic which I snapped in auto no flash mode, after some editing of course.

What Dave said. Nice car!

Feel free to post some pics in the snapshot of the day thread. We could use some variety. Pics can be of anything.

That's a very nice entry DSLR camera. Get a book about how to use it properly.
Get it out of the auto mode and learn the manual modes.
I have the D7100 currently and love it.

Totally agree!

Start saving money as you'll probably want to get more lenses soon.

Thank you guys! So far I have 3 lenses including the standard 55mm that came with the camera. I started off learning M mode right away

Doesn't look like a first timer to me, very nice shot! 55s are great, M mode + raw is key Try to stray from lens flares filters, check this out for light burst effects on photoshop:
