Trade in Fantasy Football

I play Fantasy Football with my co-workers and I need more depth in my team. I currently have Demarco Murray (#1 RB in the league) on the trading block. Could someone let me know which trade is the best here?

Would need to see the rest of your team and scoring format before offering any advice.

Look at the projected stats for the rest of the season and evaluate the trade that way. Doesn't matter what they've done, it's what they will do in the coming weeks. Are you 'adding depth' or you're 3-5 and need some wins?

Jordy and Joique Bell is a reasonable offer if you need a WR.

Here is my current team. I lack depth. Scoring format is Yahoo Fantasy Football standard.
