New Alfa Romeo's
Here are two new Alfa Romeo's, the 159 Sportwagon and the Spider.
What do you think, would Alfa Romeo be able to compete in the USA with these cars (both 3.2 V6 260 hp, 159 AWD)? I love the design of the cars, if the reliability was at a better level I would seriously consider this car.. What about you Americans? And here some pics of the Brera and the 159 sedan: Alfa Romeo 166: |

Since the 75 and Alfa Spider(rwd) aren't in production anymore for a decade or so, Alfa Romeo for me only is racing heritage from a while(understatement)ago and memories
Buying a Nissan or Toyota gives you more of a driver's car anyway nowadays |

I think they're beautiful, but I think they're FWD based AWD option like Audi.
Add the reliability and fact that they'd probably cost pretty close to BMW and I think they'd have a tough time in the states |

Alfa should definately go back to RWD, but in the near future that won't happen with all the problems with Fiat..

I love Alfas, but at first glance, the shape of the rear window, and repetitive round light designs remind me a bit of mazda and honda s2000. is alfa still independent or part owned by GM or other make?
