Newbie needing help

Morning Im new to this forum and BMW. Having mainly Had performance renaults and Vauxhalls. Recently brought a 2005 M Sport E91 Touring. The car was completely standard and looking to do a few mods to freshen it up.

So far stripped out the cloth/Alacantra and replaced with leather and now I want to upgrade the wheels. Can't make my mind up between E92 M3 wheels (220s?) or CSL wheels. Firstly will they fit? And secondly what tyre sizes will be best to run.

These are the ones I'm looking at so any help would be appreciated.
