Does MBZ and Audi do something similar to BMW's UDE ?

Yes. There used to be AMG, Audi, or Lexus event. Even Porsche Roadshow.
But depends on the marketing and economy, there's never a set schedule.

I've been to 3-4 times AMG events in El Toro, CA. A few Audi Event in Fontana, California Speedway; the Lexus new IS event at Dodger Stadium. And several Porsche events at Fontana or Angels Stadium.

Now its getting harder to get invitation or find your way to participate these events. Some require you to fill out a survey (Audi), and some are invitation only (Porsche).

So far the Audi event last October at California Speedway was one of the best organized. The entire event last 4 hours or something. First you start off a short talk and they have guest speaker Emanuele Pirro (former F1 Driver, and 5 times Le Mans winner). Then off to caravan street drive, consist of S4/S5, S6?, and S8. After that, Autocross with BMW and Lexus competitors. Finally, S4, S5, TTS, and R8 on the track.
