I hate when people make these chops when there arent even any prototypes driving around. next gen models will be influenced by the CS Concept. Should be interesting...

+1 I agree...it gets really old.

If the past is anything to go by, all these pre-unveiling renderings just seem to generate negative news for the next gen models.

Whatever it ends up looking like, it has to be better than the current 6.

The current 6 (like the current 5) was absolutely hideous when it came out... Now, I think it's gorgeous!!

That's one of my big styling issues with the 5. I agree the rear looks better than the current 6..most S5/Aston Martin like.
I agree about the headlight strip, which is one of the reasons I never considered a 5 even though some people cant understand why I payed so much for a 3...

I've seen a bunch of A5/S5's here and so far I'm shocked how differently they look in person compared to pictures, but hey thats photoshop for you. The car is bulky and it's body is pretty dull. I'm not saying that because I have a BMW either. I love the RS5 in the pics here....hopefully it looks like that in real life.

Either one looks better than the S5. Until you see it in person, you dont realize how plain and disappointing the A5/S5 looks.
Everyone knows that? I don't. I think the 6 is beautiful. Catches my eye every time I see one. I think it is the best looking BMW out now. I am leaning towards a 6 convertible for my next car.

+1. It's a really nice looking, definitive car. It stands out from the sea of generic luxury GTs. Not everyone hates it.

The 6 (like many Bangle-era BMWs) is definitely is a polarizing design. If the scanned pics are anything to go by, it will remain that way. The back looks like it was stolen from the Jaguar XK and the front looks like a diluted 5 to me. In a nutshell, if it turns out like the scans, then I'm not sure I would choose to buy a new 6.

I'd rather drive the current 6 with a facelift. I'm not a fan of the headlights in the above rendering.

I can see how people say the 6 series is ugly looking, but the way the car sits makes it look so mean, especially from the back. I love it also, but it grew on me more and more since its debut. But I guess thats how I feel about most BMW designs...over time I like them more and more.

The new 6 is going to be amazing.

I have no doubts whatsoever in the Bangle-era styling.

Aside from the new model, the current one is gorgeous.

I'm glad 6ers aren't on every corner like the 3/5/7 series. It makes them that much more special.
