Another New Watch Launches

Helgray is taking pre-orders for their new series of watches. Check them out: http://forums.watchuseek.com/f71/off...ad-997236.html .

At the very least let 'em know which one you like and maybe it will become yours.

All the best.

They look good but to me the design does not work with a quarz movement.

I found the Helgray while I was scouring for watches. If it was automatic, I'd probably be all in.

I'm sad I missed this crowd sourced automatic by Melbourne

Here's something somewhat similar in automatic: Habring. (http://www.habring2.com/en/collection)

All the best.

I dont like copies and im suprised they would launch a Cali dial watch as it has so much historical references to a brand which this is not..

I like it. I may have to pick one up. Can't go wrong at $175.

Let me start by saying that it's very hard to buy a bad watch these days, especially a bad quartz watch. You really have to try to find such a thing, with perhaps one or two exceptions and even those have more to do with the value proposition than whether the watch itself is any good.

I think it's a decent looking watch that will get the job done and do so looking a bit apart from many others without looking silly. It's a great price for an easy to own and easy to wear piece. The one pictured is quartz, but I don't have something against quartz. Some people do.

Here are some comments on one of their automatics: http://wornandwound.com/2014/03/10/m...inders-review/ .

All the best.

EDIT:
It just dawned on me that you might be asking about the Habring. Are you?
