Rolex 24 hour at Daytona
Race is underway. Keep your eye on the C7R Corvettes in Prototype and GT classes. Can they get on the podium in their Inaugural race to pick up the green boxed Rolex Daytona's?

HOLY SH*TTTTTTT
Did anyone else here see that crash??? One of the C7.R racers went full speed into the back of a ferrari after the ferrari reported loss of all drive. C7.R was riding behind a car and tried passing to the right, couldn't went to the left, got blinded by the sun and BAMMMMMMM. Youtube is blocked at work but def worth it for everyone to look up the video. |

Just for clarification, it was one of the prototypes. Horrendous rear end. You could almost seeing it coming. Wish the F car could have pulled off as it was a terrible place to break dick and stay on. Corvette driver broke his back bad and had at least one surgery and expecting more. Hoping to hear good reports from the docs in the next couple days.
Corvette prototype won in class and C7R was looking real good till the trans went away. Even with going behind the wall to replace the gearbox it still finished 4th. A good race for all, except for that terrible accident. |

Yea that was a nasty crash....I also dont see why the ferrari couldn't roll off the track before it completely stalled out. Wish that driver a speedy recovery....gonna be a long one.
