Need to turn my 335i into a 535i (E60)
Bought my stock 335i back in fall of '10. Life has changed for the better, now have a kid. Love my 335i but my daily driver 2003 530i is a much more practical car due to it's size. Mainly the backseat. I barely have time to even drive my 335i now. It just sits in the garage taunting me. And to be honest I really enjoy my E39 5'er. Perfect size car, quiet, sporty but still comfy... just the best overall car ever. I'm looking at a few stock '08 535i's. Auto Trans. Both my 335i and '03 530i are stick shifts. But the way things are going, and how my wife cannot drive either of them.... I think an Auto is the way to go. I need one good practical car now in life. And just one, not 2. Before the kid I enjoyed having the mod'd up 335i for the weekends. When we go on vacation now if I had the newer 5'er then we could take my car. I also use my car (currently the old 530i) for work purposes. I drive quite a bit per year. Figure 15k/yr just for work. Last year I did 23k. I really enjoy how my 5'er is so quiet. (Do not enjoy how it has no cup holders). So a newer 535i would be nice and let me have just one car; best compromise of have your cake and eat it too. My 335i is too mod'd and too loud, small etc to be driving daily. I would not be putting an exhaust on the 535i. Just these items below I'd like to keep from my 335i.
Some Tech questions. 1- Is the Diff the same in the 535i's as the 335i's? I'd like to carry over my VAC Built OSG to the 535i. 2- I'd like to also take my Vishnu tuner. 99.999% sure this will work. 3- I'd like to also take my wheels. Will they work?

I have no idea about the first two, but I think the wheels could be a challenge. If I remember correctly, the 5-series have a very low offset (+11?) relative to the 3-series (+40?). If correct, then could mean your 3-series wheels could rub the inner suspension.
