Laptop Keyboard is lock

Hey guys
As I was typing my password, the keyboard got locked somehow..
The keyboard is not working and the LOCK light is on
Any ideas how to unlock it?
Its an Asus X54C laptop

Windows Logo + L

You also try turning the computer off, and removing the battery, and restart?

yeah, I tried all of the above
I can't even get into Windows because the system has a password and I can't type it.

if you can get into the BIOS check if there is a caps lock or num lock option in there. some motherboards will lock caps or number in the BIOS by default.

When I turn it on, the Lock light lights up and locks up the keyboard
