I only had one relationship since age 17, got divorced not too long ago, and now am out exploring different kinds of relationships with different kinds of women. It's been very fun and I'm learning a lot about myself.

I currently have three girlfirends and they all know I'm seeing three women. I would say I have a good relationship with all three. I like and respect them all, I'm honest with them, but all three are more into me than I am into them. It's kind of cool- they feel competition and therefore try harder. The relationship is not quite as strong as a monogmous relationship, but good none the less. Plus I've only been doing this a few months and have no other few-month-old relationships to compare them to. I have a couple more women I'm interested in, but three is all I have time for so now I have to pick. I like them all so it'll be difficult. I just met a girl who's a dead-ringer for Emma Watson who I had AMAZING chemistry with, so if things are still great with her in a month I might pare down to just her....but probably not.

I spent most of my life married, and I'm really digging the polyamory thing. LOL- consistent sex is MUCH easier now than when I was married. :P It sucks having to use condoms though.

How will you meet the right person if you're committed to the wrong person?

This was my issue. I had no basis for comparisson. I dreaded the idea of being single. Now that I am single (if you can call three smart, fit girlfriends "single") I'm really enjoying it and see that I can have much better compatibility than I had with my ex with lots of different women. I'm going to keep looking until I find one I feel utterly privlidged to be with...one who I'd be very sad to let get away, and then hang onto her.

I'd say a good thing about being in a relationship is that you have someone to rely on when things get tough (e.g. problems with health, money, emotions)
