First, I cant believe anyone would sign a lease deal at 50% residual to begin with. Now thats out of the way...
Shitty deal on BMW's part because 62% is much better and like the TV analogy, everyone will price match for 30 days. Even Bestbuy does. Hell my local music shop selling guitars and drums will price match amazon! Chevy will let you return a car after 30 days on their sign and drive they offered.

What if you signed at 62% and the next day they changed it to 50%.
Would they have the right to move you down?
