I can't tell if it's a 550 or not... Being that it's England, I doubt that it's 550... In Europe they can order their cars with any wheels and any options... For all we know, that could be a 535d?

New facelifted 550's for 08 for the US get the M-package and those rims.

Good call, I'm used to the US based versions where the 550 gets that package.

they dont get the joystick shifter like they do in the US?

Whether in the US or not, in order to get the joystick shifter you need to order the car with sport automatic transmission, that' the faster shifting 6speed auto that the 3 series gets standard.
