i can never find straight up answers on google, but what would be the most reliable old car to fix, and then mod? i'm talking anywhere from 1930s-1990s, like easiest to find parts, you know

When you are talking about rebuilding/restoring it doesn't really matter what you start with, what matters is what you build.

Unless you have deep pockets get something that has good parts availability. Your best bet is to pick up somebody else's project that has had lots of money and good parts dumped into it and the guy has to sell it.
