Quick help with microsoft word

How do I do the underline like you see under the name and address?

Get a template or use _ across the page. It will automatically format for you.

That's not an "underline" that you're looking at. It's the lower border of a 1x1 table.

The left, right and top borders are set to "none," which makes it appear as a simple underline.
