Hi, is there a way to get someone's "Public" records if they have any?

How? Cause my friend is going to "Psych ward" apparently she needs time to herself, can't even call her and I wanna make sure that nothing is going on with her...

Go to your local Clerk of Court's website and search the civil, criminal and traffic sections using your friend's name and birth date. That should get you started.

The challenge is knowing WHERE the public information was recorded. LA county won't have records from IE or Orange.

While many things are public information, psychological and medical records are not.

You'd get information quicker from Facebook or word-of-mouth than any other source.

This sort of information is called patient healthcare information (PHI) and is not accessible to the general public.

What do you want to know? She obviously has a psychiatric condition significant enough to warrant admission. Eg severe depression, psychosis, risk of self harm....etc

Whatever she has, I don't think it can ever be "cured", just managed with meds and counseling. There is always a life time risk of "relapse" in psychiatric illness.
