I tend to try and find out how many she has (and add a couple since most girls lie), and say something around there.

i.e. if she's slept with 3, I'd assume 5 and say I've been with 5.

if she's been with 5, I'll assume and say 7

if she's been with 10+, I highly doubt I'll be settling down with her...

if they ask have you paid for sex... if you've already had sex with her and are comfortable: yes of course, I paid for dinner last night didn't I?

Ok maybe normal isn't the word for it, but it is very widespread. I guess what I was trying to say is that it is ok for me to cheat on my SO, but not for her to cheat on me. On top of the moral issue of cheating on your GF, you're exposing her to a boatload of STDs, HPV, warts, herpes, HepC, etc. If you truly cared about any of your GFs, you would not do this.
