CenTexSVT/Team Shelby/SMC Events Track Day
On Friday 3 February I had the pleasure of joining Central Texas SVT, Team Shelby and SMC Events for their track day held at Harris Hill Road in San Marcos Texas. I had a blast driving with these guys and there were about 40-50 Shelby GT500s/Boss 302s in attendance.
It's really nice to see so many Mustang guys out their tackling the road tracks instead of just the drag strip. This event really gave me an appreciation for the M3. I grinned every time a GT500/Boss 302 driver gave me the point-by to pass. Here is some on track video footage of the event shot from my car. Clockwise: Counter-Clockwise:
