Oyster black interior on convertible

We are looking at a 328i convertible with the oyster barack interior. My husband is concerned that the black will be too hot during the summer. We have hot summers where we live. Does anyone have a convert with oyster black interior that can let us know if the black will get too hot. His main concern is by the door where he might rest his arm.

My 328i is not a convertible, and I live in Vegas, and my black seats get hot as heck. I got extra dark tint and a solar shield for the windshield, and that helped some. Now they're just hot.
