My brother used my Driver's License, and got 2 speeding tickets

Your brother lives far away, is there a very strong resemblance between you two? If he lives far away can you get admissable evidence proving where you were at the time the tickets where issued? If so fight them and then beat the living shit out of your POS brother from putting you in that situation. I'd also inform your entire family all the way down to 14th cousins so no one lets him do this again.
My sons buddy did this to him and there was no resemblance at all, son has blonde hair and the jack hole has red hair. We proved to the court, beacuse he was at work and got the time card notorized. Basically claimed someone used false information and then my son threw a blanket party for the other douche. Could have been an issue as my son is a tech at a hyundai dealership and they take moving violations seriously.
