I went to court today to fight a ticket i received. I filed for disclosure of the radar manual but the Judge says i am not entitled to it. I brought up case law and the law about disclosure but he didnt budge. I know i can file for a disclosure hearing but i would rather get the manual on my own so i dont have to waste time in court.

If anyone has a link to the manual or a password for the Stalker website to get the owners manual i would greatly appreciate it.
