Can we ban feeler posts? It's pointless to post up something you MIGHT sell. It defeats the whole purpose of the classifieds.

Every FS is for something that you might sell. The only question is whether or not both parties can agree on a price. Treat Feeler threads the same way.

Can we ban off topic posts? It's pointless to post inside a complaint inside someone else's thread when it won't change anything. It defeats the whole purpose of the classified.

Right, they'll sell it to you if you give them enough money, just like a regular FS thread - no difference. They're determining whether or not the market is there before they go through the potential trouble of taking something off their car. I don't see a problem with it.
