Definitely LGA. JFK is so freaking far from the city, unless you're going to LI or Queens.

You can either catch a cab from la guardia (which I recommend) or take the train (which you get to by shuttle bus).

I prefer LGA but it's not a big deal if you can find the right flight through JFK
